Camp Overview

Whether you're new to the Artios Community or have been part of our family for a while, we know summer can feel too long without connecting! Join us for an exciting week of creativity, faith, and fun at Artios Outpost—the perfect place for 1st through 8th graders to dive into their passions in Musical Theater, Film, Art, and Creative Technology. It's a week filled with new skills, lasting friendships, and opportunities to grow in faith. Don't miss out on the adventure!


Sample camp schedule timetable for four different classes: Drama, Film, Art, and Creative Tech, with activities listed by time slots from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Arts Electives

(1st-8th grade)

Do you like to sing, dance or act? Come see what it takes to mount a production in just ONE WEEK! Students will audition and rehearse a set of scenes and songs which culminate in a musical review style performance at the end of the week!


Musical Theatre

(1st-8th grade)

Dive into painting, drawing, and other forms of visual art while we explore the beauty in God’s creation! Students will work on a series of art projects using different forms while following a central theme to tie them together. These pieces will be put on display to create an exhibition at the end of the week.


Art

(3rd-8th grade)

Come brainstorm, design and innovate with us as we explore ways that we can harness technology like computer engineering and 3D printing to solve problems and create imaginative models!


Creative Tech

(4th-8th grade)

The Film elective will give students hands-on experience with lighting, sound recording and cinematography through the process of filming a series of fun, comedic commercials and a dramatic movie trailer which will be presented at the final performance.


Film

Outpost is led by a team of incredible Artios Staff members and Alumni who lead our electives and chapel time each day. They love teaching, discipleship through the arts and having fun with these kids! 


Our Staff

One of the best parts of Outpost is our team of high energy counselors! Our staff is supported by a group of mature, leadership oriented students/alumni (10th grade and up). These students truly bring the fun by designing and running games, participating in small groups and electives, and growing in discipleship with the staff leadership throughout the process. Students may submit an application by April 10th to be considered, limited spots are available.
